3. General Advice Disclaimer

All services provided by Online Squad are advisory in nature only.

While we provide guidance, recommendations, and feedback based on experience and best practice, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, rankings, revenue, or performance improvements.

You acknowledge that business decisions and implementations made following an audit or session are your responsibility.

4. Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Payment is required in full before services commence.

  • All fees are one-off unless clearly stated otherwise.

Online Squad reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect services already purchased.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and advisory services:

  • Refunds are not available once a service has commenced.

  • If a service has not yet started, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.

If you need to reschedule a booked session, reasonable notice is required. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the booking.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Unless otherwise stated:

  • You will be contacted within 12 business hours of purchase to organise next steps.

  • Audits are typically completed within 1 week, depending on availability and complexity.

Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure services can be delivered effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Ensure you have permission to share any materials, websites, or data provided

Delays in providing required information may delay delivery timeframes.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, recommendations, and content provided by Online Squad remain the intellectual property of Online Squad unless otherwise agreed.

You may use delivered materials for your own business purposes only.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
