Refund Policy

Online Squad provides one-off digital and advisory services.

Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled as follows:

  • All services must be paid for in full before work begins.

  • Once a service has commenced, refunds are not available.

  • If a service has not yet started, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the booking.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
